“The US government is aware of UFOs that defy any conventional explanation despite extensive analysis, a former official who investigated such issues said, adding that Washington considers them to be possibly of alien origin.
US officials have collected data on some “extraordinary” UFOs, Luis Elizondo, former director of the military’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a task force investigating these phenomena, told Washington Examiner.
It is “nothing more than an infinitesimally small possibility" that such objects could have been creations of some engineers from Russia, China or the US itself – as well as of any human civilization at all, Elizondo admitted, adding that they have been analyzed by various intelligence-collecting systems but no reasonable explanation for their existence has been found.
Now, the US government considers it a credible line of inquiry to treat these "unidentified aerial phenomena" or UAPs as something "extraterrestrial” or even “extradimensional," the former AATIP chief said. The former official also mentioned a possibility of the UFOs being a creation of some Earth-based “intelligence” that somehow managed to stay hidden from humanity all this time.
Elizondo also said that he was not briefed on any successful attempts to replicate technologies seen during UFO sightings by US engineers. The former official also rejected the idea that the US authorities have absolutely no evidence to suggest that the UFOs might be of alien origin.
The US government has evidence indicating that the most extraordinary UFOs are not "human-made machines,” he told Washington Examiner, while refusing to reveal any more information, citing security clearance obligations.
It is not the first revelation Elizondo has made to the press. Earlier in June, he told The Washington Post that UFOs demonstrate a keen interest in US nuclear facilities, adding that similar patterns have been observed in UFO sightings “overseas in other countries.”
His words come as the US Congress is still preparing to receive a report on UFO activity that had been ordered by former US President Donald Trump’s administration. Some abstracts from the report that is being compiled by the Pentagon show that the US military will neither deny nor confirm the extraterrestrial origin of the unidentified aerial phenomena, though.
The US military has recently confirmed several videos of UFOs to be authentic but provided no comments on the nature of the phenomena. Yet, top US officials who previously preferred to be tight-lipped on the issue somehow embraced the idea of the UFOs’ possible extraterrestrial origin as of late.
Former US President Barack Obama, former CIA Director John Brennan, and several military officials have all offered comments along the lines of “we don’t know what they are, but we’re keeping an open mind.” RT

There Are At Least 36 Intelligent Alien Civilizations In Our Galaxy, Say Scientists

It’s the oldest and the greatest cosmic question of all: is there anybody out there?
For years all we’ve had is the Drake Equation to help us understand the question, but no indication of an answer. Now a group of scientists at the University of Nottingham think they’ve come up with a new “cosmic evolution”-based calculation—or, rather, an estimation—that suggests that there are likely to be at least 36 ongoing intelligent civilizations in our Milky Way galaxy.
The Milky Way, home to our Solar System, is estimated to have 100 billion to 400 billion stars, and roughly one exoplanet per star in our galaxy.
Published today in The Astrophysical Journal, the new paper examines the likely number of Communicating Extra-Terrestrial Intelligent (CETI) civilizations in the Milky Way. It assumes that intelligent life comes to occur on other planets much as it has done on our own planet.
It actually makes a lot of assumptions. Indeed, way too many assumptions for some that doubt its generous conclusions.
A key assumption is that it takes around five billion years for intelligent life to form on other planets, as it does on Earth, but that life is probable. That’s a big assumption, for sure. Another is that a technological civilization will last at least 100 years—as ours has, thus far. After all, it took 4.5 billion years of evolution before a technological civilization arose on Earth, and was capable of communicating.
The number of civilizations depends strongly on how long they are actively sending out signals of their existence into space—such as radio transmissions from satellites and TV.
The calculation—which says that there could be 36 active communicating intelligent civilizations in our home galaxy on 4.5-billion years old (or more) Earth-like planets around Sun-like stars—is called the “Astrobiological Copernican Limit” by the researchers. It takes into account: Star formation histories. How common metal-rich stars are (like the Sun).
The likelihood of stars hosting Earth-like planets in their habitable zones.
“The classic method for estimating the number of intelligent civilizations relies on making guesses of values relating to life, but opinions about such matters vary quite substantially,” said Tom Westby, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering at the University of Nottingham, and lead author on the paper. “Our new study simplifies these assumptions using new data, giving us a solid estimate of the number of civilizations in our galaxy.”
The estimation of at least 36 civilizations is based on a very positive outlook on how, where and why life comes into being, and there’s also a wide errorbar. It could be that many, many more alien civilizations exist. It could also be that none exist.
However, the authors note that the average distance to one of these 36 civilizations is around 17,000 light-years, so detection and communication is currently impossible.
There’s also the thorny question of how long intelligent civilizations tend to survive.
“Searches for extraterrestrial intelligent civilizations not only reveals the existence of how life itself forms, but also gives us clues about how long our own civilization will last,” said Christopher Conselice, Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Nottingham, who led the research. “If we find that intelligent life is common then this would reveal that our civilization could exist for much longer than a few hundred years.”

Phil Schneider - November 1995 Lecture. (4th April 2012).
The last lecture that was given by Phil Schneider before his assassination, after 16 attempts. He was a government employee who developed a drill that could make a hole that was 28 feet in diameter, seven miles deep a day, and would leave an agate "residue" that was an added strength to the tunnel. He was also engaged in a "fire fight" with extraterrestrial's which ended with him getting shot and receiving cobalt radiation poisoning. Phil Schneider is one of the many UFO researchers that have died over the last few years under mysterious circumstances. Phil died on January 17, 1996, reportedly strangled by a catheter found wrapped around his neck, his death being dismissed by the authorities as suicide.
Schneider maintained that numerous previous attempts had been made on his life. He had stated publicly he was a marked man and did not expect to live long. "If I ever 'commit suicide'," Schneider told a close friend, "I'll have been murdered."

Phil worked at Skunkworks, all over the world, in underground bases
Dulce Wars against the aliens (he was one of the few survivors)
Al met Phil in 1993 at a conference about the Philadelphia Experiment, Phil’s father was part of the experiment.
Phil’s father was a captain in US Navy medical corps (Oscar born 1905, official records said he was born in California and went to medical school. It was a cover).
Oscar, on his death bed, told Phil that he was born in Germany he was a master machinist at the age of 14 and eventually became a captain of a U Boat. 68 successful kills, English or French ships. Was captured by the French, taken in custody early 1940’s (1941?), but not part of operation paperclip. Then negotiations, and the US got involved, Oscar was turned over to the US troops and given the same rank, captain, in the US navy, but as a medical officer. Phil thought his father was an American Jew, but that was a cover, he was really a non-Jewish German.
US and German governments had experiments with time travel during WWII.
Manipulation of time, causing invisibility, (Germans) and US wanted that data/tech. Oscar had mathematical abilities.
Might be a connection between Oscar Schneider going to America and Al’s father going to America.
Phil’s father and Al’s father were close friends, went on fishing trips. Might have known each other before Oscar went to the US.
Phil wanted to talk about the Philadelphia experiment, then gradually became friends and talked about other things like underground bases and the underground tube system.
Phil walked out on the NATO position. Phil was a geologist and graduated into a NATO position. The USA military bases were 1 to 3 miles underground, then they create a huge cavern, they had to use a certain type of rock material.
Phil left NATO 3 years or so before retirement, he forwent his pension of about a million dollars per year after he was invited to attend classified UN meeting, in a deep underground base, with the same layout as the UN in NYC. There was a row of chairs above the rest. Everyone would go in there, sit down then the final group would come in, and they were aliens. Tall Greys, 7 footers and they dictated the policy of the UN. Phil attended two conferences then decided he was not working for the right people. All the geologists walked out and never returned.
For a while Phil lived alone, he ruminated, he talked occasionally to the Big Foot Society. But he never went totally public.
Al got Phil on the lecture circuit, early 1995. He did about 30 or 40 lectures that year.
He knew about the Kobe Japan earthquake, he knew about the earth faults, fault lines. He was invited to go to Japan, the State Department refused to let him go. He wanted to talk about the Kobe earthquake. He arranged it out of Canada to Japan, no strict order at the border, didn’t have to show a passport. They flew him over to Japan on a private jet.
Mitsubishi, private organisations, gave him a great deal of credibility. No retribution on or by the Japanese. Phil said it was a tactical nuke in the harbour by tactical navy seals. Kobe was levelled, including the building that

Al and Phil shared hotel rooms, Phil mentioned Area 51. A marine guard said so-in-so is not ready to see you right now, do not look side to side, only look straight forward. But Phil saw a window, he could see partially (dark coloured glass) and there was someone there. He talked to the man and asked about the person behind the glass, was described as a ‘guest’, we’ve got a reptilian in there who wont talk to anyone though he had been there for months.
The room had a special atmosphere and temperature. Phil went in and was in about 30 minutes. The reptilian came out with pips and squeaks, the weird gas was some helium mix so the voice went squeaky. They exchanged thoughts and ideas. Phil reported back that he got the reptilian to talk, but never told Al, however got a job for 3 months as an official interpreter for the alien.
Nephew of a famous Admiral Bird, South Pole, also talked about such topics and was familiar with alien text.
Secret government. Phil had a peculiar clearance, a gem stone level of clearance, plus some other level that came out of the Pentagon. Years after this Al was on the program (talk show), a former director of the FBI, Ted Gunderson. One of Ted’s friends phoned in, said he was former NSA employer and said there was no such clearance. Then Al was cut off the air, Ted told Al that there was a directive to cut Al off the air.
Discussion about Art Bell was a paedophile. There is a mystery, probably a smear campaign.
Phil mentioned that he had been in Europe and Russia, he helped build the underground systems. USA shooting down UFO’s at rate of approx. 7 per month. While he was in Russia they had football fields full of UFO’s the Russians had shot down.
UFO’s had to have clearance to come in close to Earth, and would be shot down if they didn’t have that clearance.
Power systems are vastly more powerful than Tesla dreamed of. Twin particle beam transmitted as a scalar beams-mode; electromagnetic beams cross over. They beam them out into space, if they want to blow a UFO out of the sky they will. Terawatts (from mega and giga watts). We are using the moons of Jupiter as target practice with the particle beam. 300 miles long under the Earth, to blow a hole in the moons of Jupiter. Has good sources for that, but cannot reveal.
Phil showed him his scars. An encounter in the underground, doing a bore for an underground base (not Dulce), 1-3 miles down, and sometimes they hit an underground cavern system. Once he went down in a ‘captain chair’ (52 degree’s F, regardless of the depth). No explanation for volcanoes.
He went down in the chair, wandered around in the dim cavern system, foul air, he saw a shadow, face to face with an ‘alien’, reptilian. He went for something on his chest, Phil pulled out his gun and shot the thing dead before it got him. This was not Dulce Wars.
The Dulce Wars was going into a government base, they gave it to the aliens, but wanted it back. The Governor of New Mexico said they couldn’t dump nuclear waste there. Eventually it was adopted for the underground labs and experimentation at Dulce. 66 people went in fully armed, only 4 came out alive, including Phil. Had burn marks. Unknown number of aliens at the end of the tunnel who took out the military with unknown weapons systems.
After he left the government he remained quiet for 2 years, then he talked a little at the club (Western Big Foot Club). During the whole period he was visited by intelligence, government, offered his job back if he stopped talking. After his trip to Japan intelligence visited him and discussed he had done a great deal of damage to the New World Order. It is incalculable. This is what he was told, that is what Phil told Al.
Then they started attempts on Phils life, 13 then they got him on the 14th.
Al got a phone call from Phil’s ex-wife. Phil said he wanted to put everything on record. 10th Feb, call from ex wife who said she was told he died of a heart attack or heart failure. A group that came to visit him regularly (Jehovah Witnesses), though Phil was not highly religious. God Fearing but not hooked on anything. The JW’s visited and chatted with him regularly. On this particular morning, they didn’t get an answer at the door, went to the manager, discovered he was dead.
Something not normal, a rubber tube around his neck three times and knotted at the back. Phil had a few fingers blown off, did not have digital opposition ability to tie a rubber tube around his neck and knot it. Autopsy not performed not by the counter coroner.
Did not do a urine test. Went through the various body parts, when it came to the penis it said nothing unusual or abnormal. That was the Red Flag. His ex-wife said either the doctor was incompetent or that was not Phil’s body. Phil had severe obvious stitching in his penis, they had to cut it up from one end to the other and sew him up. She was not allowed to see the body. No reason given. His brother was allowed to see the body though. They all said it was Phil’s body. The official version was ‘suicide.’
Personal effects, was empty apart from 2 inches of papers, receipts. Something cleaned out the filing cabinet. His family said they did not go through his things. His ex-wife asked Al to go though his things. His ex-wife considered him paranoid because he would go through a period of withdrawal after each attempt on his life. She did not believe things he said. Everything was gone, photos. A lot of money was missing, he had sold his gem collections (valuable). He sold the gems for $90,000. The money was missing, no deed or title or anything to the property he had said he was going to buy. He had mentioned a safety deposit box with gold bars or bullion from his Father. Others in The Big Foot Club had seen them. Stamped with the Deaths Head, from Germany. Al had not seen the gold or the safety deposit box. Phil was the only person who knew where it was.
Phil had a secret lab. They were doing their own private research on time travel etc. This guy created a miniature version of a rotating wheel stargate. He said he had it functioning, the other guy knew most of the technology on that. Phil put his arm through it and almost got sucked into it. The lab disappeared. Everything disappeared including his own federal medical and legal records.
Phil had exotic materials (alien tech), but they were gone too. The photo’s he had shown publicly were still there.
A lot of people said he was a bit crazy, even his wife thought that he was a little bit off.
Al found him to be sane, stable. He could back up everything he said with evidence.
Another reason why Al and Phil’s ex wife thought he would not kill himself is because he had a much loved 8-year-old daughter, he had reasons to live.
