I will get around to sorting this post out. It will possibly take a while because while the other posts made me angry, and that incentivised me, this makes me sad. The politicians and the military who are supposed to protect us have killed us. For the military they are highly compartmentalised and on an individual level the majority would not have known.
I want to focus on the legal aspects of the terrorist attacks and the legal aspects of The Resistance response here. To recap on my first and second Covid-19 posts with supplementary reading here and there I suggest you watch this video because there is such a lot of information. It is not a substitute for doing your own research, because as you know there is no single source of truth.

🎈Politicians Waged War Against Their Own Citizens
The Nuremberg Code, after the trial of German physicians in 1945 and 1946, is considered a foundational document in medical ethics, and continues to form the basis of research guidelines.
It states 10 basic articles, later renewed and confirmed at the Helsinki Declaration (1964):
Voluntary Consent:– the most fundamental principle is that participation in an experiment must be voluntary with no coercion or deception. The subject must be fully informed about the nature, risks and benefits of the experiment.
Ethical Justifications:- experiments shall only be conducted if they are likely to yield results that are beneficial to society, and cannot be obtained through less harmful methods.
Scientific foundation: -experiments must be based on prior knowledge and animal studies, and should be designed to avoid unnecessary suffering.
Risk Minimisation:- The risks to participants must be carefully considered and weighed against the potential benefits of the research. – The significant pre-marketing risks were known and published by the manufacturer and known by the NZ government, but kept confidential.
Qualified Personnel:- experiments must be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons, ensuring appropriate expertise and care. – This was transgressed during the vaccinations.
Participant’s Rights to Withdraw. –This would lead to loss of job or and/or significant civil rights curtailments.
Protection from Harm – The harm (see 4) could be foreseen, but was not divulged to the NZ public.
Avoiding Unnecessary Suffering.
Precedent of Animal Studies:- the experiment should be based on a knowledge of the natural history of the disease, and the results of prior animal experimentation. No research had been done on ongoing late effects, including research on pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Proper Facilities:- adequate facilities should be provided. The inoculations were often given in a carpark through an open window

To better understand the NATO-EU joint response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to identify its blueprints, which, in my view, started to be drawn during the exercise Atlantic Storm (January 14, 2005), where NATO leaders were asked to respond collaboratively with the EU to a supposed 'bioterror' attack on Europe. The exercise was led by Madeleine Korbel Albright who played the role of President of the United States.
The list of the scenario's players indicates the participation of current and former ministers from the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and France - Their conclusion helped support a set of recommendations, indicating that entities such as the EU and NATO should further develop a US-EU plan of action to counter any future bioterror attacks.
Closer to Event 201 which everyone knows, was another exercise named Clade X (May 15, 2018), calling on US government leaders to make national security and public health decisions in the face of a rapidly evolving global health emergency.
The tangible result produced by these exercises was a Global Emergency Response Plan spearheaded by the US National Security Council, the US Department of Defense, and the WHO, with the unconditional support of NATO and the European Union - to develop a coordinated, unified military response to an "unknown" biological threat, the WHO still refers to as "DiseaseX".
The question that needs to be answered is, "Why did NATO, a political organisation, so eager to have military control over the management of the coronavirus pandemic in Europe ?"

What I found very interesting is the hand of a NATO Major General, Dr.Hans-Ulrich Holtherm, Commandant of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy in Munich who was the former head of the CORONA Crisis Management Team at the Federal Ministry of Health.
NATO General Holtherm's name was mentioned during an "RKI File "presentation recently delivered by Professor Stefan Homburg in a room of the Bundestag. He seems to have endeavoured to keep the level of transmission risk associated with the COVID-19 pandemic high for reasons he might soon have to explain publically or in court.
The RKI file confirms what I had suspected when writing about NATO and a transnational Biodense Mafia whose fingerprints are all over the COVID-19 scam.

NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine (MilMed COE) and the Multinational Medical Coordination Centre/European Medical Command (MMCC/EMC) are known to have taken part in military medical training, simulation and the lessons learned were processed for interoperability development purposes and to support their political agenda.
In early March 2020, not long before the flaring Corona crisis, the German Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance and the MMCC/EMC hosted a workshop with day one focusing exclusively on the upcoming pandemic. This workshop laid a foundation for reinforcing multinational civil-military cooperation, calling for better preparedness and surge requirements for an outbreak scenario and major incidents within a MASCAL scenario (mass casualty exercise).
For further work purposes, it was suggested to conduct a wargame with a pandemic focus. This has been the starting point for the wargame Resilient Response 2020 known as RERE20. More on RER20 here.
Back in the autumn of 2018, the Surgeon Generals of the Medical Services of NATO Brigadier General Bubenik and the EU called for an additional coordinating medical organisation as an urgent necessity. On 4 September 2019, the 14 member states during a solemn ceremony signed the initial operational capability (IOC) of MMCC/ EMC (Multinational Medical Coordination Centre/ European Medical Command) whose website is currently down 🤔

The timing is of course very interesting, especially for an organisation such as MMCC/EMC a Germany-led Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) project launched in March 2018 and whose key ambition was to promote closer EU-NATO medical cooperation to speed up the readiness for a potential trans-border biological threat like a DiseaseX pandemic. The German Armed forces were undeniably preparing themselves or being prepared by NATO for a pandemic.
At the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress in Koblenz (German state of Rhineland-Palatinat), the inspectors of eight medical services from European NATO countries signed a basic document for increased and sustainable cooperation. By signing their Declaration of Intent (DoI), the high-ranking officers laid the foundation for a joint coordination element of European medical services, the future Multinational Medical Coordination Center – MMCC.

The NATO DHSC network sprayed far beyond Germany, and there are enough data points to establish NATO's hand in the COVID-19 pandemic, which was handled, I must say, with military precision.
Remember, during his tenure at the German Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) General Holtherm took on the role of head of the "CORONA Pandemic Crisis Team" and this was not a coincidence...
It is my opinion that General Holtherm did not end up at the BMG by pure luck or lack of better choice but simply because he was NATO's trusted political pandemic man in Germany.

A lawsuit, which has been filed in the Southern District of Texas, demands an end to:

Dr Fidge is an Australian medical doctor and trained pharmacist.
The case has been brought under the Australian Gene Technology Act 2000
Section 10 of Gene Technology Act defines what a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is.
First, an Organism is:
‘any biological entity’
‘capable of transferring genetic material’
The Pfizer and Moderna Covid products contain LNP-modRNA complexes
These complexes satisfy being called ‘any biological entity’ under the law
The modRNA is genetic material
The Lipid Nanoparticles or LNPs encapsulate the modRNA and together bio-distribute and transfer the LNP-modRNA complexes throughout the human body
The LNPs then transfect and transfer the modRNA cargo across cell membranes to deliver the modRNA inside cells
By moving the modRNA about the body and then into cells, the LNP-modRNA complexes physically transfer genetic material after injection
So the Organism part of the GMO definition is satisfied by the physical mode of transport of the LNP-modRNA complexes
The next part of the GMO legal definition is – a Genetically Modified Organism is:
an organism that has been modified by gene technology
The Gene Technology part requires showing:
any technique for the modification of genes or other genetic material.
Pfizer and Moderna admit they modify genes to create modified RNA or modRNA for their products
The MHRA, EMA, FDA, and TGA when approving the Covid-19 products recognised Pfizer and Moderna use modified nucleosides for the modRNA
In the TGA Australian approval for Pfizer for example, the TGA notes:
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b2 mRNA (tradename Comirnaty), comprises a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike glycoprotein (S) of SARS-CoV-2.
Pfizer and Moderna create their modified nucleosides in the lab using recombinant techniques
So the Gene Technology part of the GMO legal definition is also satisfied
This means the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 products satisfy the Australian legal definitions for being properly called GMOs
Under the Australian Gene Technology Act anyone who ‘deals’ with a GMO in Australia must be regulated under a GMO licence
Pfizer and Moderna failed to apply for GMO licences in Australia
Dealing with GMOs in Australia without a GMO licence is a serious criminal offense under Section 32 of the Gene Technology Act 2000
In fact the boss of Australia’s Office of the Gene Technology Regulator, or OGTR, recently admitted to an Australian Senate Committee that both the Pfizer and Moderna products are GMOs
No Australian was told by the OGTR or the TGA that they were being asked to receive Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs when getting a Covid-19 injection
This is not just an Australian GMO legal issue
In the United Kingdom Genetically Modified Organisms are dealt with under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and specifically Section 106 under Part VI
The United Kingdom legal definitions for what is regarded as a GMO is almost identical to the Australian legal definitions we just looked at
Like in Australia, the United Kingdom requires new GMOs to be subjected to an extensive Risk Assessment
Even after an extensive Risk Assessment the United Kingdom Secretary of State still has to provide a Consent before a GMO can be introduced into the United Kingdom
The MHRA knew United Kingdom GMO legal definitions applied to Pfizer and Moderna because it is their job to know and they have GMO experts
But both Pfizer and Moderna applied for marketing approvals under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 which exempted them from having to undergo a GMO Risk Assessment for their Covid-19 products
And because of that exemption neither company had to mention on the Product Information that their products contain GMOs even though they satisfy the legal definitions" Link to transcript in the description
